Sr. Staff Product Manager, Revenue Products

The Trade Desk is a global technology company and the world’s leading independent platform for digital advertising, with nearly 4,000 employees across more than 30 offices. Our technology helps advertisers reach the right audiences across the open internet — from streaming TV and podcasts to mobile apps, news, and more.

Advertising powers the content people love. By making it more transparent, effective, and responsible, we help support trusted journalism, quality entertainment, and creators worldwide. The world’s brands and agencies rely on us to reach their customers and grow their businesses responsibly.

The scale of our platform brings unique technical challenges — from processing massive datasets in real time to building systems that operate reliably on a global scale. When you work here, your impact is worldwide. We welcome diverse perspectives, encourage curiosity, and build teams that learn from one another. If you’re driven to solve meaningful challenges, we’d love to meet you.

The Team

The Revenue Product Team develops intelligent systems and platform capabilities that power The Trade Desk’s global operations at scale. We collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Client Services, Revenue Operations, Legal, Finance, and HR to resolve complex operational challenges using data-driven design and scalable architecture.

As these workflows evolve, we are rethinking enterprise software to be more intelligent, context-aware, and proactive. We believe the next generation of products will work alongside people, helping teams reason across complex processes, surface insights in real time, and make faster, more confident decisions.

The Role

Product Managers at The Trade Desk are strategic builders, systems thinkers, and operators who thrive in ambiguity and move quickly from concept to execution. In this role, you will define product strategy and vision, shape roadmaps, and drive execution for mission-critical revenue products that power our global go-to-market organization. This is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of platforms, product strategy, and go-to-market innovation, helping shape the future of how Go-To-Market/GTM teams operate. You will partner closely with Engineering, Data, and business teams to turn ambitious ideas into intelligent products and platform capabilities that redefine how the business scales, executes, and innovates.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with GTM teams and Revenue Operations to deeply understand sales and revenue workflows, identify friction points, and design intelligent products and automations that improve how teams operate day to day.
  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Revenue Products supporting our global go-to-market organization.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable AI-native product solutions, workflows, and intelligent tooling grounded in data, experimentation, and measurable outcomes that improve productivity, decision-making, and operational scale across revenue teams.
  • Reimagine traditional CRM workflows through a headless, composable architecture approach that prioritizes flexibility, interoperability, and user experience.
  • Drive prioritization decisions across competing initiatives while balancing speed, quality, scalability, and immediate business impact.
  • Establish clear success metrics, monitor product adoption and outcomes, and continuously iterate based on learnings.
  • Help foster a culture of rapid learning, experimentation, ownership, and high-quality execution.

What You Bring

We have entered a new frontier of product development, where AI is transforming both the products we build and the speed at which we build them. We are looking for someone who constantly challenges the “why” and the “how,” uses data-driven decision-making, takes calculated risks, and pushes teams to move faster and think beyond conventional approaches. You rapidly prototype ideas, experiment relentlessly, and are often among the first to apply emerging technologies in practical ways that unlock new ways of working and accelerate execution. You pair this mindset with strong product fundamentals and proven experience building scalable platforms, workflows, and operational systems in fast-moving GTM environments.

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in technology-heavy environments, with ownership over product strategy, roadmap definition, and execution.
  • Experience building products, platforms, or workflow systems supporting go-to-market, revenue, sales, customer success, or operational teams at scale.
  • Experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on products using customer feedback, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with modern CRM and revenue ecosystems, with a perspective that extends beyond traditional CRM customization toward composable and API-driven architectures.
  • Strong understanding of platform integrations, APIs, event-driven systems, and data flows across enterprise applications.
