Avoid Recruiting Fraud

Please be aware of the following factors that may help you identify recruitment or hiring fraud:

  • We would never ask you for any type of payment in exchange for being considered for a job at The Trade Desk.
  • We would never provide compensation to our applicants via check or money order before they are hired, nor would we request that they incur costs for training for a position.
  • When you are contacted by recruiter or human resources professional at The Trade Desk, the email address will always end with “@thetradedesk.com”.
  • Depending on the position, we typically request that our candidates participate in several in-person or video interviews before we make a hiring decision.
  • We would never ask you to submit your personal information, such as date of birth, social security number, bank account details, etc., without having you complete an official application on our career portal at: careers.thetradedesk.com

Before accepting an interview at The Trade Desk, please verify that the email address came from our domain “@thetradedesk.com” and validate that the person scheduling the interview is an actual The Trade Desk employee.
