WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Handle day-to-day trading for a portfolio of accounts, supporting the Lead Associate Trading Director while progressively owning accounts independently and identifying opportunities to grow client business
  • Partner with Account Management and Business Development to develop trading-specific strategies and help clients achieve their business goals
  • Become an expert on The Trade Desk’s platform, troubleshooting campaign issues, identifying optimization opportunities, and acting as a consultative partner to help clients use the product suite effectively
  • Support client onboarding, training, product adoption, and ongoing optimization, contributing to case studies and best-practice sharing
  • Identify opportunities to grow client business through strategic recommendations, savings analyses, campaign planning, performance measurement, and full-funnel thinking
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly and present compelling narratives to clients and internal stakeholders, adapting the level of detail to different audiences
  • Support the Lead Associate Trading Director in client meetings and QBRs, in collaboration with Account Management and Business Development teams
  • Collaborate with Product Management and the wider Trading team to share client feedback, participate in beta testing, and help shape platform enhancements
  • Report progress against portfolio goals to management with clarity and ownership

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 2-5 years of programmatic experience
  • Client-facing experience, building and developing relationships as well as confidently presenting in front of clients
  • Advanced analytical skills: ability to draw insights from large datasets, use of pivot tables, formulas, etc.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong “can-do” attitude, with the ability to be proactive and take initiative
  • Troubleshooting, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong storytelling skills: ability to convey ideas in an appealing way to a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a small, intense, and high growth environment, and to work with teams located across Europe
  • Willingness to frequently travel to client offices located in Milan and other cities in Italy
  • Nice to have: knowledge of AI, API, Phyton, SQL, HTML and Data Analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Fluency in Italian and English

At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is listed below.

The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as variable incentive pay along with a range of employee benefits.

All employees may be eligible to become shareholders of The Trade Desk Inc. through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees by The Trade Desk Inc. based on company and individual performance.

The base salary range for this role is €34.500—€63.300 EUR
