What you'll do:

  • Own and drive a focused list of The Trade Desk’s highest-value advertiser prospects across France, leading all strategic hunting, pitching, and deal-closing activities as an individual contributor.
  • Build new direct relationships with marketing leaders, programmatic decision-makers, and enterprise stakeholders at some of the world’s largest advertisers.
  • Prospect, pitch, structure, and negotiate direct contracts (MSAs) and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that unlock meaningful, long-term value for advertisers.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Client Services, Legal, and Marketing to build and close your pipeline.
  • Translate The Trade Desk’s programmatic and technology capabilities into clear, compelling, and customized solutions that address advertiser business objectives across multiple verticals.
  • Execute structured handovers of newly signed advertisers to Local BD and Client Services teams for long-term management and scaled expansion.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts across NAMER and EMEA to ensure cohesive global advertiser strategies and coordinated outreach.
  • Represent The Trade Desk externally at client meetings, industry events, and conferences as a senior advocate for our advertiser value proposition.

Who you are:

  • A proven enterprise-level hunter with success in outbound sales or business development within programmatic, ad tech, or digital media.
  • A highly entrepreneurial, self-directed operator who thrives in building something new and navigating ambiguity.
  • Deeply knowledgeable in programmatic advertising, data and identity, measurement, and brand marketing across multiple verticals.
  • Skilled in working cross-functionally and influencing without authority in a matrixed environment.
  • Able to build (or quickly develop) strong relationships with senior decision-makers at major global advertisers.
  • Highly consultative—capable of cultivating C-suite relationships and guiding complex commercial conversations.
  • A compelling communicator and presenter who can shape narratives and “own the room.”
  • Strong commercial thinker with excellent quantitative, negotiation, and deal-management skills.
  • Comfortable engaging in technical and product-focused discussions and translating advertiser needs into actionable feedback.
  • Motivated by winning—energized by creating new opportunities, forming new relationships, and closing high-impact deals.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding revenue and growth targets.
