What we do:

The Data Partnership Specialist is a key member of the Data Partnerships team, focused on supporting and scaling relationships with Tier 2 and 3 data providers globally. In this role, you’ll help manage day-to-day partner operations, coordinate onboarding and support processes, and assist with internal workflows related to partner reporting, billing, and documentation. You’re excited to work cross-functionally with teams across product, legal, and operations — including international counterparts in Europe and Asia. In addition to managing a sub-set of data partners, you support the Managers and Directors across our most strategic accounts to drive spend and adoption of 3P data on the platform. You thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate a capacity to navigate and prioritize several workstreams simultaneously, and bring a detail-oriented, service-driven mindset to everything you do. What you'll do:

  • Support day-to-day management of global Tier 2 and 3 data partners, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service
  • Manage onboarding processes for new data providers, working cross-functionally with product, legal, and data operations teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve partner onboarding experience and streamline operational processes
  • Track and communicate key partner metrics to identify trends, growth opportunities, and marketplace risks
  • Assist in organizing quarterly business reviews, partner trainings, and marketing support initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and partner profiles across internal systems / stakeholder groups
  • Stay informed on evolving data privacy, regulatory, and industry trends impacting data providers
  • Drive efficiency in our contracting process by monitoring and prioritizing the request queue and providing operational support across Legal and Data Partnerships

Who you are:

  • Approximately 1-2 years of experience creating and building differentiated relationships with clients and/or partners 
  • Excellent judgement and acute sense of self-awareness  
  • Highly organized, effective time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines  
  • Self-motivated problem-solver comfortable navigating complex technical processes and a broad range of client needs and requirements  
  • Proven communication, and listening skills in formal and informal settings 
  • Ability to build excellent rapport with cross-functional teams (i.e. Client Services, Legal, Technical Account Management, Finance, Product, Strategy, Business Development)  
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic working environment with shifting priorities  
  • Has a growth-oriented mindset 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an operational mindset 
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

CO, CA, IL, NY, WA, and Washington DC residents only: In accordance with CO, CA, IL, NY, WA, and Washington DC law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $64,100—$117,500 USD
