What We Do
The CS Centre of Excellence is a specialised EMEA function that provides scalable operational support to our regional trading teams. While our Trading Specialists handle tactical campaign execution, our Account Manager bridges strategy and execution by responding to client briefs, building media plans, and providing strategic support that frees pod traders to focus on client relationships and account growth.
We're internal-facing partners to pod traders, not client-facing. We take complex briefs and translate them into actionable media strategies, provide recommendation frameworks, and create client-ready materials, all so pod traders can deliver exceptional strategic value to their clients.
What You'll Do
- Review incoming client briefs and translate strategic objectives into tactical recommendations
- Build comprehensive media plans including channel mix, budget allocation, targeting strategy, and measurement frameworks
- Provide campaign approach recommendations for pod traders to present to clients
- Respond to strategic questions from pod traders on best approaches for different objectives
- Research competitive strategies and industry benchmarks to inform recommendations
- Develop optimization frameworks and testing roadmaps for campaigns
- Create QBR presentations, campaign summaries, and optimization decks for pod traders to deliver
- Draft email communications for pod traders to send to clients (RFP responses, campaign updates, strategic recommendations)
- Build case studies and success stories to support upselling efforts
- Develop platform training guides and best practice playbooks for self-serve clients
- Support pod traders with client training session materials
- Maintain centralized repository of brief templates, media plan frameworks, and strategic resources
- Create and update SOPs for brief response and planning processes
- Document lessons learned and share insights across markets
- Contribute to team knowledge base with market insights and learnings
