What you’ll do:

- Collaborate to identify efficiencies, implement best practices, and support other event projects as assigned. Work cross-functionally to define and execute program goals, messaging, email campaigns, speaker plans, collateral, event websites and registration, and event logistics.
- Gather information specific to the EMEA region (including industry trends, competitive intelligence, and business goals) and make recommendations for event marketing programs, incorporating budget, potential effectiveness, metrics, logistics, and scheduling.
- Maintain clear communications with internal and external stakeholders by developing concise and detailed briefs and providing regular updates on planning progress.
- Listen to marketing and sales business needs, collaborate across both teams to define objectives and messaging for events, ensuring alignment with business priorities and overall event marketing strategies.
- Design and facilitate client events, including audio-visual production, collateral design, creation and procurement, logistics, budgeting, negotiation, and client service.
- Research and evaluate potential guest speakers for events.
- Manage logistical requirements for planning, staging, and shipping trade show properties, products, and supporting elements.
- Prepare ROI evaluations of events.
- Work cross-functionally with the measurement and analytics team to report on the effectiveness of events, including leads and other key metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors.
- Manage a team of two, allocate resources and manage deadlines to ensure events are executed on time and within budget
Who You Are:

- Experience in managing a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with attention to detail.
- Proven track record of collaborating with executive stakeholders and influencing business and marketing strategies
- Fearless problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communicator and confident storyteller.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, Cvent, Word, Excel, with familiarity in other marketing or event platforms a plus.
