If you’re driven to solve meaningful challenges, we’d love to meet you.

What we do:

We are looking for an analytical, intellectually curious FP&A Analyst to join our Revenue &
Product Finance team. This role sits at the intersection of financial modeling, product
economics, and strategic insight. You will own take rate and revenue analytics, build models
that explain how our products generate revenue, and support high-visibility exec-facing
deliverables. You will be expected to build an extensive knowledge base on how the product
works — understanding the levers that drive revenue — and translate that into rigorous
forecasts and business narratives.

What you'll do:

• Own take rate and revenue modeling: build, maintain, and continuously improve financial
models that capture how our platform generates revenue across products and client
segments.
• Develop a deep understanding of product mechanics — how pricing, volume, auction
dynamics, and platform features drive take rate — and incorporate that knowledge into
forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis on actuals vs. plan/forecast; clearly communicate drivers of
outperformance or shortfall to finance and business partners.
• Support the monthly close process by producing revenue reports, commentary, and
trend analysis for senior leadership.
• Build financial models for new products, pricing initiatives, and partnerships, including
scenario analysis and sensitivity tables.
• Contribute to exec-ready materials including quarterly business reviews, board decks,
and investor-facing content.
• Partner with product, data science, and business intelligence teams to ensure financial
models are grounded in accurate, up-to-date data.
• Take on ad hoc special projects — from competitive benchmarking to pricing strategy
support to M&A due diligence — as the business evolves

Who you are:

2+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical
finance role.
• Strong financial modeling skills — you build clean, well-structured models from scratch
and can explain every assumption.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex product or business mechanics and
translate them into quantitative models.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) a strong
plus.
• Proficiency leveraging AI tools like Claude to accelerate financial analysis, modeling,
and reporting workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — you can distill complex analysis into a
clear executive narrative.
• High intellectual curiosity: you ask why, dig into data, and aren't satisfied with surface-
level answers.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in adtech, programmatic advertising, or marketplace/platform businesses.
• Familiarity with take rate economics, net/gross revenue distinctions, or auction-based
pricing models.
• Experience with Python or other scripting tools for financial analysis.
