WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a data-driven, user-obsessed Staff Product Manager to lead the Decisioned Workflows team, a critical team within Core Workflows with a deceptively simple mission: don’t waste people’s time.
This is not a generalist PM role. You understand the day-to-day reality of programmatic traders who need to get in, understand what needs their attention and act. In the near term, that means eliminating the workflow and data gaps that make it hard to quickly identify and fix underperforming campaigns. But the broader mandate is more ambitious: building a platform experience where data, recommendations, and intuitive AI powered workflows guide users toward better campaign outcomes at every stage — from setup and QA through optimization.
You bring sharp product instinct for making complexity disappear, a deep comfort with data, and the vision to see past the immediate problems toward an agentic AI future.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Decisioned Workflows team, with a near-term focus on delivering an end-to-end troubleshooting experience and a longer-term mandate to build data- and AI-powered workflows that help users make better campaign decisions faster.
- Lead the end-to-end troubleshooting experience — from the moment a user logs in to the moment they've identified and resolved a root cause — eliminating workflow gaps across the campaign lifecycle.
- Build toward a future where users, both UI and MCP, are assisted by intelligent agents that help make troubleshooting and optimization more efficient. You will own the key workflows that make this happen.
- Define and own team KPIs.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams to drive alignment and deliver high-quality, high-impact releases.
- Use data, both quantitative and qualitative, rigorously to make product decisions, set measurable targets, and follow through on outcomes after launch.
- Represent the Decisioned Workflows team within the broader organization, aligning your roadmap to platform-wide goals.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of owning complex, data-intensive platform products in ad tech, SaaS, or a similarly fast-moving B2B environment.
- Deep familiarity with programmatic advertising workflows — you understand how traders plan, activate, and optimize campaigns, and you can speak credibly to the day-to-day challenges of hands-on-keyboard users managing live media.
- Demonstrated experience building products that simplify complex workflows, with a strong sense for how to surface the right data at the right moment without overwhelming the user.
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with data: you use behavioral analytics tools and user research to inform roadmap decisions and rigorously measure outcomes.
- Experience building AI- or ML-powered product features, or a clear track record of partnering with data science teams to bring algorithmic outputs — recommendations, predictions, automated actions — into user-facing products.
- Sufficient technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering and data science teams; able to ask the right questions, understand constraints, and make well-informed tradeoffs without needing to own the backend yourself.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex data and technical constraints into clear product decisions, and to articulate user problems and product strategy compellingly to senior leadership.
- A bias toward outcomes over output: you set KPIs, track them relentlessly, and treat launches as hypotheses to be validated rather than milestones to be celebrated.
