WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We believe that world class product management organizations are created through highly skilled individuals supported by world class operational frameworks. Product Operations is the operating system that connects product strategy to execution and real client outcomes.
We are looking for a Director of Product Operations to lead the operational backbone of our Product organization. This leader will own the core processes that connect product strategy to roadmap creation, goal setting, client feedback, and predictable delivery.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Revenue, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure we have clear strategic focus, documented tradeoffs, aligned resource allocation decisions, and measurable execution against stated goals.
You will serve as a force multiplier for the Product organization - driving rigor, transparency, accountability, and alignment at scale.
This role requires equal parts operational excellence, executive facilitation, and strong stakeholder management.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Own the artifact and end-to-end process for creating and governing the Product Roadmap across product lines
- Facilitate structured product strategy processes, including investment area formulation, opportunity sizing, business case modeling, capacity planning, scenario development, and tradeoff analysis.
- Lead formal roadmap presentations to Executive leaders across the company, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities, sequencing, resourcing, and explicit tradeoffs.
- Document and socialize decisions to ensure clarity and accountability across the organization.
- Own the process for quarterly Product Team Goal setting, ensuring goals ladder directly to roadmap investment areas and company objectives.
- Define measurable success criteria for product teams and implement weekly progress monitoring to track execution and escalate risk.
- Design and operate the regional intake process that channels structured field “pain” into Product, ensuring high-signal feedback informs prioritization decisions and closing the loop with stakeholders.
- Identify patterns across field inputs and ensure validated opportunities are routed appropriately and considered against strategic roadmap tradeoffs.
- Own the agenda design and management of product leadership cadences, goal tracking reviews, and cross-functional alignment meetings to ensure meetings are high-leverage and aligned to current priorities.
- Continuously improve the product operating rhythm to increase clarity, reduce noise, and improve execution predictability.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 8–12+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or equivalent roles within high-growth technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience building and running structured roadmap processes at scale, including strategy facilitation, investment planning, and tradeoff management.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including opportunity sizing, business case modeling, and scenario planning.
- Experience facilitating executive-level alignment discussions across Product, Revenue, Engineering, and Finance.
- Proven ability to implement goal-setting frameworks (e.g., OKRs or equivalent) and establish measurable execution tracking systems.
- Experience designing structured feedback intake processes and translating qualitative input into prioritized action.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentations and clear documentation of decisions.
- High ownership mentality - comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity where none exists.
- Strong judgment and intellectual rigor when navigating tradeoffs between strategic ambition, capacity constraints, and field demands.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority and build durable cross-functional alignment.
