Who You Are:

As our business and platform continue to grow rapidly, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Strategy and Activation Managerfor EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), to support the day-to-day operations of our EMEA commercial leaders across Business Development Advertiser and Client Services, as well as provide executive management support. The Business Strategy and Activation department is pivotal in driving commercial priorities, scaling processes through continuous improvement and innovation, and ensuring operational excellence.

In this role, you will be a key member of the Regional Business Strategy and Activations team, responsible for managing the operational and administrative tasks of the EMEA commercial leadership team. These tasks are essential for aligning and integrating regional workstreams to achieve commercial goals, fostering collaboration across teams with nuanced objectives, driving a shared strategic vision, and ensuring the effective execution of key initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will frequently interact with senior leaders. Your ability to navigate a diverse and complex region and continuously refine operational strategies will be crucial.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and scalable growth across the revenue organization in service of company goals. As part of the BSA team, the connective tissue that unites cross-functional groups, you will create a clear path from strategy to execution, aligning focus, goals, and positioning to deliver measurable impact. Acting as a trusted partner to Regional GTM leadership, translating strategic priorities into actionable, systematic progress. Your expertise in executive communications, high-stakes meeting preparation, and delivering sharp, actionable insights will be critical in helping leadership navigate complexity and achieve key business objectives.

What You'll Do:

  1. Strategic Planning & GTM
  • Lead strategic planning in partnership with Regional GTM leadership, aligning Sales around a clear set of initiatives, priorities, and defined success metrics.
  • Translate company and regional vision into actionable, measurable execution plans.
  • Own and drive regional GTM initiatives ensuring strong cross-functional alignment and measurable progress toward shared goals.
  1. Revenue & Forecasting
  • Partner with FP&A to analyse revenue trends, forecasting performance, and key growth drivers; identify underperforming segments and opportunity areas.
  • Provide Regional GTM leadership with clear revenue insights, pipeline health analysis and gap-to-target analysis.
  • Collaborate with BI to deliver scalable, actionable business insights that accelerate decision-making.
  • Lead the annual and account planning processes in partnership with leadership and run QBRs to track progress against revenue goals.
  1. Operational Excellence & Process Optimisation
  • Implement and maintain a standardized, consistent Rhythm of Business to ensure predictable execution, efficient workflows, and clear operating cadence.
  • Design, standardise, and optimise operating processes to improve efficiency, clarity, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance core processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce, reporting workflows) to improve data accuracy, visibility, and operational effectiveness.

What You Bring:

  • Over 8 years of experience in a commercial, sales strategy, client services strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff role, with expertise in programmatic or advertising functions being a plus.
  • Strong technical and operational acumen with a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of operational excellence, with the ability to execute key operational activities efficiently while ensuring alignment with both regional and global goals and priorities.
  • Passion for understanding and adapting to local cultures and work practices.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and senior leadership through strategic insights and results-driven actions.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with VP-level and executive leaders.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
