Senior People Development Partner — Leadership Coach

What you'll do:
  • Support leadership and team effectiveness through one-on-one and team coaching.
  • Coach executive and senior leaders around adaptive leadership challenges in support of leadership growth and development (mindset, perspective taking).
  • Support executive recruitment through semi-structured interviews to evaluate soft skills and potential in candidates to ensure selection decisions are bringing on people who truly embody TTD’s values.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to leaders to help them improve their self-awareness, emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and ultimately leadership effectiveness.
  • Administer assessments and surveys to understand the current mindset and internal landscape of a leader. Debrief results and provide leadership coaching on identified areas of growth and opportunity.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops that focus on team development and leadership skills. Co-create resources to support the professional growth of leaders.
  • Partner across the People organization to ensure seamless integration of support for leaders and the business. Offer guidance as a SME to ensure self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, and relationship management are integral parts of the learning and development support across the people organization.
  • Understand the challenges and priorities the business is facing and ensure relevant content design and high-quality delivery of solutions that are grounded in adult development theory and aligned to business needs/opportunities.
  • In Partnership across the People organization, leverage data and analytics to evaluate the impact of development initiatives on organizational performance and employee satisfaction. Influence the adjustment of strategies based on data-driven insights.
Who you are:
  • Hold a professional certified coaching qualification (ICF PCC preferred)
  • Proven experience providing one-on-one executive leadership and team coaching.
  • Working knowledge of adult development and constructive development theory.
  • Certified in Leadership Circle Profile and/or Immunity to Change preferred
  • Degree in psychology, organizational behavior, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in leadership development, talent development, HR, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of EQ theory and assessment preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated record of effectively operating in ambiguity.
  • Ability to design and deliver leadership training and development programs.
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Demonstrates company values including vision, grit, agility, generosity, openness, and full heartedness.
