What we do:

We are seeking a talented and driven Account Manager to join The Trade Desk, a company that is revolutionizing global advertising through its media-buying platform. In this role, you will support the Client Services team in managing and growing key accounts, collaborating with internal teams to provide strategic recommendations, data-driven insights, and exceptional client service.

As an expert in The Trade Desk platform, you will offer guidance to clients, provide training on new features, and contribute to enhancing the platform. If you are a proactive, analytical, and client-focused professional with a passion for online advertising, this is an opportunity to make an impact and grow within our dynamic organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Become a subject matter expert on The Trade Desk’s platform, using your knowledge to design and implement innovative programmatic strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trading, Product, and Marketing teams to grow existing business, influence roadmap decisions, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Drive client education and adoption, leading onboarding, ongoing training, and strategic planning sessions to increase platform fluency and maximise campaign performance.
  • Think strategically and proactively, anticipating client needs and taking a leadership role in identifying growth opportunities.
  • Champion client needs internally, providing structured feedback to the Product teams to help shape new features, integrations, and long-term product enhancements.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of consultative, client-facing work with online advertising experience preferred
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies.
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and internal stakeholders as well as work independently on daily tasks.
  • Someone who is looking to grow into more senior level opportunities in the region.
