As a client services pro, you are comfortable leading the strategy and operations behind growing a portfolio of client accounts. You get excited to solve complex client challenges through creative solutions, product capabilities and innovative marketing strategy. You are able to build long-lasting and credible relationships with key partners and understand how our product solution can solve their business objectives. You are a self-starter and can set your own priorities while also inspiring the client team towards a common goal.
What you'll do:
- Manage and grow a roster of key agency accounts and direct brands
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales and Trading teams to onboard new customers, grow existing accounts, and achieve client goals and objectives
- Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform and offer insights to clients on how to implement innovative marketing strategies
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with clients as a consultant to their business
- Own the training plan for onboarding new clients, sharing platform updates, and continuing programmatic education in the industry
- Able to lead, not just manage tasks; think multiple steps ahead to move a partnership forward
- Provide clients’ feedback to Product Management team to define features and drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform
- Help build the Client Services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of client-facing experience, preferably with the experience from DSP (demand-side platform), SSP (supply-side platform), online publisher, agency, AdTech, MarTech
- Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills – you can manage difficult conversations with clients and deliver outstanding customer service
- Extensive experience in Excel and MS Office and ability to use large data sets to build presentations, extract insights and propose strategy recommendations
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
