What you'll do:

  • Manage and grow a roster of key Italian accounts by building strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and exceptional client
    service
  • Run quarterly business reviews with some of our largest regional Agencies and Independent Agencies
  • Collaborate with the Trading and Business Development teams to rapidly onboard new customers and provide strategic guidance to grow the accounts
  • Become an expert on the use and best practices on The Trade Desk platform and product suites to diversify the book of business by engaging with key stakeholders within the agency and planning teams
  • Provide continual training to clients as new features are added to The Trade Desk platform
  • Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform
  • Help build the Client Services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides

Who you are:

  • 3 to 5 years of consultative, client-facing work with online advertising experience preferred
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various teams and work proactively on key accounts, acting as a project owner for your account
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long term growth plan for your accounts by leveraging upselling techniques
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and internal stakeholders as well as work independently on daily tasks
  • Someone who is looking to grow into more senior level opportunities in the Italian organisation and to contribute to TTD success and culture
