What You’ll DoLead a strategic book of business, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to brand and agency partners across the UK.
Become a subject matter expert on The Trade Desk’s platform, using your knowledge to design and implement innovative programmatic strategies that align with client objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trading, Product, and Marketing teams to grow existing business, influence roadmap decisions, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Drive client education and adoption, leading onboarding, ongoing training, and strategic planning sessions to increase platform fluency and maximise campaign performance.
Think strategically and proactively, anticipating client needs and taking a leadership role in identifying growth opportunities.
Champion client needs internally, providing structured feedback to the Product teams to help shape new features, integrations, and long-term product enhancements.
Mentor and support team development, contributing to best practice frameworks, training materials, and onboarding programs for new hires and peers across the Client Services function.
6+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in programmatic advertising, digital media, or SaaS.
Proven ability to grow client accounts by building strong relationships, deeply understanding client goals, and translating them into platform strategies.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and large groups.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfortable working with large datasets to extract insights and build recommendations.
Adept at navigating cross-functional environments and collaborating with internal teams to drive results.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Experience mentoring or training peers, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools a plus.
Experience with DSPs, ad tech platforms, or managing omni-channel digital campaigns is strongly preferred.
