What we do:

We are seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist with a focus on expense reports, payment processing, and bank verification. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, and thrives in a dynamic team environment. This role is perfect for someone who embraces challenges and is eager to grow and contribute cross-functionally.

What you'll do:

  • Process employee expense reports for US employees using Concur, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Assist Concur users, resolving inquiries and conducting follow-ups.
  • Train employees on Concur expense tools and expense submission processes.
  • Approve purchasing card transactions, ensure timely submission, and follow up with cardholders for missing information.
  • Assist with the Travel Management Program (e.g., Navan) and other T&E-related initiatives.
  • Conduct vendor bank verbal verification and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support weekly payment runs and serve as a backup for payment processing.
  • Participate in special projects, provide invoice entry support as needed, and assist with process improvements.
  • Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal teams and external partners.

Who you are:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
  • Familiarity with expense management tools (e.g., Concur) and basic AP processes is a plus.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and improving processes.
  • A collaborative and adaptable mindset with a commitment to teamwork.

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $17.21—$31.59 USD
